The bottling and ticketing of this wine is anticipated for the end of June

‚ÄúEach year it is more difficult to decide how the wine will be‚Ķ.‚ÄĚ Said Ester. A decisi√≥n was finally reached and now we have the blend of Cadac and Perafita Red 2010! The hall of the Perafita Farmhouse was the meeting point of the enologists Jaume Serra, Joan Benejam and Jordi Escoda and the owners of the cellar: Rafa, Carmen and Ester.

The trio began with a selection of the best barrels with the different varieties. Afterwards came the decisión of the blend of Cadac and then followed that of Perafita of the year 2010.

The bottling of the red wines is anticipated at the end of June. In total, 6, 000 bottles of Cadac and some 20, 000 bottles of Peraftia Red will be produced. Afterwards, a rest of a m√≠nimum of two years in the bottle is required for the former and one year for the latter. We hope that you¬īll like it!
